Clearview Farm
Nestled on a picturesque 50-acre estate once home to a thriving thoroughbred farm, this facility boasts breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountains, all just 18 miles from the heart of downtown Bellevue, WA. The serene setting combines natural beauty with a sense of tranquility, making it an ideal location.
The facility offers two state-of-the-art arenas: an all-weather 240’ x 225’ outdoor and 72’ x 180’ indoor, both with brand-new premier-quality footing. Horses can enjoy grass turnout fields, a Kraft-covered hot walker, and a treadmill.

During the winter months, the Goodwin team heads south to Desert International Horse Park.
